How do I tell my groomer what look I want?
Before each visit, fill out our digital consultation form and upload photos of your preferred style. At check-in, your groomer will always consult with you one-on-one to understand the look you envision and share their expert recommendations to achieve it. Together, you’ll create a style that’s beautiful, practical, and tailored to your dog.
Your notes, along with your groomer’s blade settings and styling details, are saved to your dog’s digital profile – ensuring a seamless experience every time.
Who are your groomers?
Under our ownership, we have renewed our team to deliver the highest quality of care. Our team includes Master Groomers with 20+ years of experience, and most have been grooming for over a decade. All certified and trained for consistency, communication, and comfort – your dog is always in expert hands.
What’s your de-matting policy?
We prioritize comfort and coat health. Light tangles are brushed out gently, but if mats are tight to the skin, we may recommend a shorter, safer style. We’ll always explain options and update your dog’s profile for future care.
My dog gets anxious during grooms - can you help?
Yes! We never use sedatives. Our groomers are experienced dog owners who use calm energy, patience, and gentle handling to help even nervous pups feel at ease.
What kind of products do you use?
Only ultra-premium iGroom and Les Poochs shampoos and colognes – SLS-, sulfate-, paraben-, and dye-free, and pH-balanced for coat and skin health.
